The full CSV has 28 rows and the same nine columns, names and order that SAP_CleanList returns for this file (dates as yyyy-mm-dd). Open it in Excel with Data → From Text/CSV and set G/L Acct to Text; a double-click strips the leading zero of 051810. This excerpt and the hero illustration are separate views; neither contains customer data.

A green refresh is not a control.

Missing rates, amounts and dates must be visible. The workbook templates show incomplete-result warnings until invalid inputs are resolved.

What about updates, help and refunds?

Fixes and new versions of a purchased tool are free for 12 months. Email support helps with installing a tool and running its supplied example; adapting tools to your own reports is custom work offered separately, and there is no guaranteed response time. Is this ready to use in a real month-end close?

This is a review build. Native Excel tests passed 113 reconciliations and two negative-input scenarios. The Power BI project refreshed and passed four reconciliation measures plus 12 time-item scenarios in one date context. The standalone Power Query functions passed 64 offline and 11 live scenarios in Power BI Desktop; the same 64 offline scenarios and 13 live ČNB/ECB/VIES checks also passed in Excel Power Query. Full acceptance is incomplete: other inputs, the Power BI Service and real SAP integration still need testing. Earlier LibreOffice results and M syntax checks are separate evidence. Start with copies and reconcile against known controls.

Which applications do I need?

The Excel templates target Microsoft 365 or Excel 2021 on Windows. Power Query functions need Power Query in Excel or Power BI. The Power BI report is a PBIP project, so extract its entire folder and use a compatible Power BI Desktop build. The DAX pack requires TMDL view. Native tests so far used one current Windows installation of Excel and Power BI Desktop; other versions are untested. A tool's setup page lists its specific needs and test status.

Will my data leave my computer?

The static preview does not collect input or run analytics. The supplied files run in your own environment. Currency functions request dates and currency codes from ČNB or ECB. VIES sends the VAT numbers you check to the European Commission. SharePoint and Power BI service refresh use the sources you configure. No business data is sent to Controller's Kit by these files.

Will the SAP script work without IT approval?

No. It needs a permitted SAP GUI scripting setup and testing against your own report controls. Do not enable or bypass company security settings to make it run. Other tools can work from exports you save manually.

Can I share it with my team?

One licence is for one person using the tools in their own work, including for an employer or clients. Colleagues may open and refresh the reports that person creates. Passing the source files to a team needs a team licence, available on request. This preview does not offer a team checkout. Full text: LICENSE.txt.

What if a file does not handle my export?

Check START_HERE.md, the format requirements and the verification status first. A useful support request includes the version, exact error and a tiny invented example — not a confidential export. Paid support is by email; the address opens with sales.
