Purchases are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, which sells the product to you as merchant of record and issues your receipt and tax invoice. We remain responsible for the files and for support.

Licence

One licence is for one person. You may use the tools in your own work, including for your employer and your clients, change them for your own use and share the reports you build with them. You may not pass on or resell the source files. Teams can ask for a team licence. Full text: LICENSE.txt (also included in every package).

Updates

Fixes and new versions of a purchased tool are free for 12 months from the purchase. All-access also includes tools first released within 12 months of the purchase. Free tools remain free.

Refunds

If a paid tool is not right for you, email support@controllerskit.com within 14 days of the purchase with your order number and we refund the full price. Please delete the files afterwards. This promise comes on top of your statutory rights, including your rights for faulty digital content.

Support

Support is by email only. We help with installing a tool and running its supplied example, and we look into errors you can reproduce with a small invented example. There is no guaranteed response time. Adapting tools to your company's reports or data is custom work, offered separately on request. Never send credentials, real customer or VAT lists, or confidential exports.

Privacy

This website is static: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Free downloads need no email address. The hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses, needed to deliver and protect the site.

When you buy, the payment provider processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, country and order details and use them to deliver the product, provide support and handle refunds (contract) and to keep accounting records (legal obligation). We keep support emails for 24 months after the last message and order records for as long as accounting law requires.

The tools run on your computer and send nothing to us. Some functions call public services you choose to use: ČNB and ECB receive dates and currency codes; the European Commission's VIES service receives the VAT numbers you check.

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and ask for a copy of it, at support@controllerskit.com. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
