Will it fit your work?
- Your input
- A logged-in SAP GUI session, saved variants and a controlled export folder.
- Your result
- Unconverted text exports and a log. Old exports are backed up; unfinished exports fail verification.
- What you need
- SAP GUI for Windows, scripting permitted by your organisation and Windows Script Host. No credentials are bundled. Not yet run against a real SAP GUI or with Windows CScript; only its file checks were tested outside SAP.
- Check this first
- SAP controls vary. Test on a non-production report before any unattended run. Never bypass company policy to enable scripting.
Start with one known example
- Extract the whole ZIP and read START_HERE.md.
- Start with
SAP_Export.vbson a copy. - Use the example below; replace input paths and settings.
- Reconcile rows and totals before using real data.
Set OUT_FOLDER and one JOBS line, then run three checks on a non-production report: (1) new file name: log OK and the file appears; (2) run again with the same name: log OK, the old file is kept as <name>.txt.bak_<timestamp>; (3) set SAVE_TIMEOUT = 1 or point OUT_FOLDER to a read-only folder: log FAIL, no OK line.
Each package includes the source file or workbook, its PDF guide, a short setup path, verification status and a support checklist.
Free builds are for evaluation; validate the result in your own environment. Price shown for a paid tool is the proposed one-time price, before any applicable checkout taxes.
Data stays in your own files except for configured service calls. VIES receives VAT numbers; currency services receive requested dates and currency codes. No tracking or signup is used by this static preview.
