Controller's Kit — Licence

Seller: Jan Volanský, sole trader (fyzická osoba podnikající podle živnostenského zákona), business ID 06742360, Nad Školou 1408, Vratislavice nad Nisou, 463 11 Liberec, Czech Republic ("we").
Licensee: the person who bought the tool ("you").

1. You may
   a) use the purchased files (Power Query functions, Excel workbooks, Power BI project,
      DAX/TMDL pack, VBScript and guides) in your own work, including commercial work for
      your employer and your clients;
   b) change the files for your own use and keep backup copies;
   c) share the reports, workbooks and outputs you create with them. Colleagues may open,
      refresh and read those reports.

2. You may not
   a) pass on, sell, publish or upload the source files as supplied or changed (.pq, .vbs,
      .tmdl, the template .xlsx files and the PBIP project), including inside your
      organisation, except inside a report described in 1(c);
   b) offer the tools, or a product built mainly from them, as your own template, library
      or course material;
   c) remove this licence or the version notes from the files.

3. Teams. One licence covers one person. If several people should install and maintain
   the tools, ask for a team licence at support@controllerskit.com.

4. Free tools. CNB_FX and ECB_FX are free. You may use them and share them unchanged
   together with this licence.

5. Updates. Fixes and new versions of a purchased tool are free for 12 months from the
   purchase. All-access also includes tools first released within 12 months of the purchase.

6. Responsibility. The tools are supplied as described on their pages, with the test status
   stated in VERIFICATION.md. Check results before you use them for accounting, tax,
   reporting or business decisions, keep backups and follow your organisation's IT, data
   and SAP rules. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or
   consequential loss (such as lost profit or data), and our total liability is limited
   to the price you paid. Nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer or any
   liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending the licence. If you seriously breach section 2 and do not stop after a written
   request, the licence ends and you must delete the source files.

8. Law. Czech law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your
   country of residence.

Licence version 1.0, October 2026.
